When filling out the form, you'll be asked for your contact info so we can get in contact about uploading your media and if we have any questions about your request. The form will also ask about information such as how many sections you want your movie to have. Each section is the length of about one song, or the length of the amount of images given. We'll also ask for a song for each section. If you have any other request, there a section where you can write as any requests you need.
